In this 2.5 hr fun filled workshop, you will learn about the history of chocolate and be guided through the art of making delicious Belgian truffles by hand, using raw ingredients. You will cut, roll, dip and decorate your creations as well as learning about how to temper chocolate, before packaging your truffles ready to take them all home.
