Making chocolates is not just for Christmas!
Chocolate Collective was approached to be part of a Christmas event at Temple Newsam House. This interesting Tudor-Jacobean house, which is just outside Leeds City centre, was to host for the first time a “Chocolates for Christmas” event. The event was to include a Deluxe chocolate workshop which meant each person made 30-50 truffles using Belgian dark chocolates, a house tour, which included seeing a gold cup that was owned by Henry VIII for chocolate drinks, plus tea and cake to finish off the afternoon.
The event was oversubscribed and was deemed to be a great success. Watch out for more dates in the New Year as Temple Newsam plan to run the event again.
